Fairly clean place, staff was patient and helpful. We booked a standard twin room with the view of the fjord and loved it. The hotel was in a FANTASTIC location close enough to the nearest post office as well as the shore.

I got great value for my money at Costaustralis. The room was comfortable with a lovely sea view. The location was beautiful, right by the lake and with mountain views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shared spaces were spacious and relaxing.

Although we have specifically asked for double bed in our room reservation, we had to stay at a twin bed room on the first night, because the hotel was full booked. Besides, the wifi didn´t work at our first room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the bay with stunning views. The staff provided excellent service - they helped me with everything from making arrangements with the airline to delivering room service promptly. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and direct-dial telephone. Additionally, the on-site dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area that served delicious breakfast and snacks.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
